By accessing arctivesolutions.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website or services.
Arctive Solutions provides IT services including web development, cloud services, IT consulting, cybersecurity, endpoint management, and system migration. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may attract a 2% monthly interest charge.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom work developed specifically for them. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used remain the property of Arctive Solutions.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. NDAs are available upon request.
Arctive Solutions' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
